• 29-inch wheeled full-suspension frame featuring 80 mm of rear wheel travel.
• 7.875” x 2” Progressive Suspension 5 th Element Shock with Stable Platform Dampening.
• Approximate weight is 5.75 lbs.
• Linkages are placed so shock travel is linear.
• Front triangle is a mix of 3/2.5 and 6/4 alloyed titanium featuring a bi-oval down tube for off-road integrity and an oversized top tube for precise handling.
• The rear triangle is made of square 6061 T6 aluminum tubing and it has been subjected to a full solution post-weld heat treatment process for increased strength.
• Rear triangle of frame features lightweight yokes and linkages which are CNC machined from solid billets of 6061 T6 aluminum at the Quiring Cycles shop.
• Main pivot points at the BB, dropouts and shock rotate around replaceable metric cartridge bearings, which are available though bike shops and most bearing suppliers. Cartridge type bearings feature long life and serviceable design.
• Frame uses a common sized 27.7 mm seat post with a reinforced collar machined by Paragon Machine Works.
• 68.5 mm bottom bracket shell machined by Paragon Machine Works.
• Designed for use with conventional 1.125-inch headset.
• 1.25-inch front derailleur clamp.
• 18.3-inch long chainstays.
• 13-inch high bottom bracket.
• Replaceable rear derailleur hanger.
• Each frame will be built one at a time, which means the top tube, head tube and seat tube lengths will be custom fit to rider’s size. Also, the angle of the head tube and seat tube can be adjusted to the customer’s wishes. (For example, this frame was built a 23.3-inch top tube, 16-inch seat tube, 73-degree seat tube angle and a 72-degree head tube angle for quicker handling).
• Size-specific tubing will be used to match the tubing requirements to the weight or riding style of the customer.
• On request, linear pull rim brake studs can be welded on as an option to the IS disk brake mount.
• Design allows consumer to have the choice in specifying cable stop placement and style.
• One set of water bottle mounts is standard on the down tube, but another set could be added to the down tube upon request.
• Fine silver Quiring Cycles head tube badge.
• Natural brushed titanium and polished aluminum finish.
• Price at $2750 for frame and rear shock.
• Paint optional for additional cost.
